Happy Thanksgiving Sister Queen Lela 💛

As we gather this week to celebrate, I want to take a moment to honor YOU. Each of you holds a special place in this community and my heart. Your journey inspires me deeply, and I am so grateful to be part of a sisterhood committed to shifting from self-sacrifice~taking care of everyone's needs before your own. . .  to self-fulfillment~filling your own cup up first and making You a priority . . . then you can give with loving balance and compassion.

Gratitude is one of the most powerful tools we have to create a life of abundance and joy. Even if your dreams haven’t fully manifested yet, take a moment to express thanks for where you are right now and the blessings already in your life. This practice shifts your focus away from scarcity and lack, helping you align with abundance and fulfillment.

Here’s a simple Gratitude Activation Exercise for this week:

  1. Pause and Reflect: Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and think of three things you’re grateful for today.
  2. Speak it Out Loud: Say them with conviction, allowing yourself to feel the gratitude in your heart.
  3. Write it Down: At the end of the day, jot down these blessings in a gratitude journal. Watch how this habit shifts your mindset over time!

Gratitude is more than a practice—it’s a frequency that tunes us into higher timelines. By appreciating the present, we energetically align with our desires, amplifying the flow of blessings into our lives.

I am so thankful to be able to do this work . . . I love this sacred space we’ve created together. . . and the incredible Light each of us bring to the planet, each in our own unique way. Together, we are transforming, empowering, and rising up Together.

May your Thanksgiving be filled with love, peace, and the warmth of knowing you are truly cherished.

Peace and Gratitude, Lela
