It felt like we stepped through a portal of  Peace

The energy flows were so deeply relaxing some of the Circle Sisters seemed to fall a sleep

It is within deep relaxation that we allow our nervous systems to release tension and stress

It is within deep relaxation that we connect and commune with our Higher Selves

It is within deep relaxation that we activate our own innate ability to heal

Divine Healing Hands Tao Energy Transmission added to the healing flows

As we focused our awareness on pain and discomfort within our bodies

Combining the internal and external healing flows we boosted the Divine Power of the healing field

Then breathing into our Heart Chambers we flushed out old emotional wounds and blockages as well

Sitting in the Love and the Power of the healing field we raised our frequency out of the collective energies of discord and found our Peace.

We also focused on creating strong boundaries by being Queens of our Queendom.  This awareness allows us to maintain our boundaries and frequency in the midst of chaos and our daily lives.

Being Queen of Your Queendom means that you are in charge of what comes in and out of your aura or the energy space around your Body. 

Here are some self care practices that will help you maintain and own your Space . . . the energy field around your Body.

Creating a Golden Egg: This is the most well-known strategy to protect yourself. Use it as a  part of your self care practice. Breathing deeply, imagine you are surrounded by a transparent protective golden egg, which vibrates at the frequency of your Higher Self. Spend a while sensing this egg all around you . . . seeing your body as the yolk.  Feel this shield of protection over your head, under your feet, completely surrounding your back . . . going out 18 inches all around.  Connect this Golden Egg through your grounding cord to the center of the planet.  Sense that your own vibrations can exit through the membrane of the golden egg and that good energies can come in however have a clear sense than no unpleasant external energies can penetrate your boundary.
You may want to try filling the bubble with different colors – see how each color feels. Experiment and over time you will find out what works best for you.

The Shield: Imagine you have one or several shields. They are usually visualized as circular but can vary from a few inches wide to several feet in diameter. You then place the shield over any part of your body you feel is vulnerable. If you are dealing with someone’s spiky emotions, try putting the shield over your solar plexus area. If someone is thinking too intensely, place the shield in front of your eyes and forehead. If someone’s intent is obviously sexual, put the shield over your breasts and pubic area. You can imagine the shields decorated in any way you wish – again, perhaps with words or symbols.

The Flame: If you want to add some dynamism and confidence to your protection, try this. Imagine yourself to be a vibrant burning flame. The base of the flame is deep in the earth and your body is the core (like the candle-wick) of the fire. Your dynamism and glow simply cannot allow bad vibrations to get through to you – bad thoughts and feelings burn up and melt as they come into your radiance. Classically the flame used is violet and golden but you can experiment to see which color suits you best.

An Empath doesn’t have to be ruled by other people’s emotions, needs, or desires.

She can become aware of her natural abilities and take charge of her Energies through these basic awareness action steps.

  1. Grounding- Connecting to the Earth and your Soul Anatomy. Anchor your root chakra, bring in more calm and peace into your nervous system. Creating safety and security as foundational energies on a body level.
  2. Presence – Embodiment of your Soul Essence. Increasing your personal power through internal sourcing and connection. Tapping into your own wisdom.
  3. Shielding – Becoming Queen of your Queendom. Claiming ownership of your energies.  Learning protective strategies that prevent compassion fatigue and unconscious healing of others.
  4. Releasing – Letting go of Energies you have taken on even in the womb. Developing discernment of what is yours to take on and what is not.  Letting go of family drama energetically
  5. Calling your Energy Back – Bringing your own Healing Energy back to You! Welcoming back those Soul fragments we have given away.

By the end of this training you will have your own Empath Self Care Action Plan.  So you can:

  • Feel good in your body and have more focus and energy.
  • Have self-care strategies to nourish and replenish your self
  • Stop taking on clients, friends, and loved ones drama as your own.
  • Know how to care and take action from a place of loving detachment.
  • Be able to discern what your own energy feels like
