I’m a little worn out from the holidays . . . don’t get me wrong . . . I really enjoyed the time with family and friends  . . . the hanging out . . . the laughter and oh sooo good food.  I got to reconnect, and refuel from being around those who know and love me . . . but I was soo busy, that my self-care kinda went on the back burner . . . and now I am catching up with me.

I`ve been following the sun . . . just sitting . . . feeling its warmth sink into my body . . . sun medicine . . . apsorbing the photon packages of new energies from the solar flares . . . that are available to us now.

Just sitting . . . allowing my body to release old energies . . . from old cords of connections and timelines that through Grace I have shifted out of . . .  letting go of that which no longer serves me.

Just sitting . . . feeling into what is my soul is calling me forth to do . . . remembering the future . . . expanding the now moment of sun medicine . . . where  time and space is fluid and we can travel and meet our Future Self.

2020 is here and Kicking Butt Already! ! !

Within this Cosmic Opening of new Source Energies now Flowing to the planet we are in a vortex of vital energies which gives us the opportunity to shift karmic blockages through Grace and Intention.

That means . . . the sh*t that has been blocking or slowing down your abundance, your creativity, your love life, your purpose, your________ (fill in the blank) can now be RELEASED! ! !
