Here we are Dianne, Me, and Big Sister Janet . . . Baby Sis Sharon couldn't make it . . . We had Big Fun !

At times we get so busy and caught up with our Lives that we forget to have fun . . . My Big Sister Janet invited me to go the Summer Soul Music Festival with her  . . . and I did have thangs to do . . . and I would have said no . . . but she had all ready bought the tickets . . . so I went. . . and I am sooo glad that I did.

We had a Great Time . . . laughing, talking, eating, dancing, singing, hanging out enjoying each other, enjoying the music, and enjoying the people.  My Heart was blasted open by the People.  The energy of the crowd was Amazing. . . When Frankie Beverly of Maze was singing . . . WE ARE ONE . . . Well I was just lifted up with the Group Energy ! ! !  My inner child, Lil Netta, came out to play, and my Heart expanded.  I had forgot that we grow through Fun and Play too. . . We don't have to work so hard all the time. . . Opening our Hearts brings us into Balance with our Souls and with that balance we can release stress and enter into the Heart Flow.  The more we can stay in that Flow, the more Magical Life can Become.

Heart Breathing.

 The heart is the engine of our bodies.  It is the heart that governs our primary rhythms.  Tension affects the rate of  beats of the heart and thus the body.  When we bring the heart rate into balance our bodies relax and our emotions become calm.  With calm emotions we can enter the soul chamber housed within the heart.  We can connect and get a taste of who we truly are.

  • Heart Breathing – Keep your focus in the heart by gently breathing –five seconds in and five seconds out through your mouth.  Do this until you feel relaxed.
  • Heart Feeling – Activate and sustain a genuine feeling of appreciation or care for someone or something in your life. Focus on the good heart feeling as you continue to breathe through the area of your heart.
  • Self Love - Bring an image of yourself as a child into your Heart.  Send that wonderful energy to Her.
